Terms and Conditions set out by White Rooms Aesthetics. Please ensure you have read and understood the details below before booking.

These Conditions relating to your use of White Rooms Aesthetics Online Shop & our Clinic's.

These terms and conditions of sale apply to all services and goods supplied through our clinic and this website by SLS Aesthetic Ltd (referred to as "White Rooms Aesthetics/we/our/us"), whose registered office is at 14 Newbury Drive, Nottingham, NG161RB.

You acknowledge that any use of this website including any transactions made are subject to our privacy policy and these terms and conditions.

How White Rooms Aesthetic Clinic operates

  • White Rooms Aesthetics is a mobile business which operates out of beauty salon across the midlands. We are not permanently based at any of the beauty salons but are available to contact on any of the contact numbers that have been provided during normal office hours. If no-one is available to take your call, you can leave a message and some-one will return your call as soon as possible.
  • White Rooms Aesthetics partner with other Aesthetic Practitioners to promote the Aesthetic treatments they provide. Pricing for their treatments will vary. White Rooms Aesthetics will take the initial enquiry and book clients in for them. If you have any questions or queries after the treatment please contact them directly. You will be provided with their contact details at your initial consultation


  • Some treatments such as Microblading, Facials and IPL Hair removal are not carried out by White Rooms Aesthetics. These are treatments which are available within a specific beauty salon and are carried out by their staff. White Rooms Aesthetics will take the initial enquiry regarding these treatments. If you have any questions or queries after the treatment please contact the salon directly. You will be provided with their details when booking in.
  • Treatments will only be carried out on clients age 18 and over. Proof of your age may be asked at consultation.
  • Results will vary for clients and no guarantee can be given on the result that may be obtained from the treatment being carried out.
  • Some treatments require a course of treatments to be carried out to achieve the results. You will be advised this at your consultation.

Appointments and cancellations

  • We will send you a reminder text 2 days before your treatment. If you are unable to attend your appointment please let as us know via text message or contacting us at White Rooms Aesthetics. If we do not hear from you to confirm your appointment within 24hours of your appointment we will cancel your appointment
  • Please ensure that you arrive at least 10 minutes before your treatment time so that you have time to complete any necessary paperwork beforehand. Please let us know if you are running late for your appointment so that we are able to inform the practitioner. Failure to arrive on time or and not informing us may result in you losing your appointment or a reduced appointment time.
  • We will make every effort to ensure your appointment runs on time. If we need to cancel or postpone your appointment for any reason at short notice, we will make every effort to let you know as soon as possible.
  • If you are unable to make your appointment, please contact White Rooms Aesthetics at least a day before the appointment to let us know.
  • Prior to your appointment we will inform you of any preparations you will need to make for your treatment. Failure to carry out these guidelines will result in cancelling your treatment.

Treatment suitability

Our practitioner will assess your suitability for treatment and whether the treatment is likely to be successful at your consultation. If you are unsuitable for treatment your practitioner will let you know the reasons why.

Complaints Procedure

At White Rooms Aesthetics we aim to treat all clients fairly and appropriately. If however, you do wish to make a complaint on any matter you can contact White Rooms Aesthetics by telephone or writing. We aim to resolve any matters that arise promptly. Our complaints policy is available to all clients.

Covid and Appointments

At White Rooms Aesthetics, your safety is our priority. Our practitioners will follow all covid guidelines for your safety.

We may need to cancel your appointments and/or follow-up reviews if:

  • Our practitioner has a positive case or is self-isolating due to being in contact with someone who has coronavirus.
  • The beauty salon has shut due to someone having a positive case of coronavirus.

At White Rooms Aesthetics, we will try our best to reschedule any appointments but this may not be possible within the time frames available.

In addition, every client will be sent our covid guidelines to read prior to any appointment, please come prepared as per guidelines and adhere to all recommendations. You will also be sent a covid questionnaire. Please read and confirm details that are required, without these details we will be unable to proceed with your appointment.

Accessing White Rooms Aesthetics Website

We will make all reasonable endeavours to ensure that availability of the web site will be uninterrupted and that transmissions will be error free. However, due to the nature of the Internet and the World Wide Web, this cannot be guaranteed. Also, your access to the website may also be occasionally suspended or restricted to allow for repairs, maintenance, or the introduction of new facilities or services. We will attempt to limit the frequency and duration of any such suspension or restriction.

Creating an Account

If you use the White Rooms Aesthetics website, we recommend that you keep any passwords created safe, secure and confidential at all times. It is your responsibility to maintain the confidentiality of your password and to restrict access to your computer to prevent unauthorised access to your account. You should inform us immediately if you have any reason to believe that your password has become known to anyone else, or if the password is being, or is likely to be, used in an unauthorised manner.

Please ensure that the details you provide to us are correct and complete and inform us immediately of any changes to the information provided when registering. You can access and update the information you have provided to us within the ‘My Account' section of the web site.

White Rooms Aesthetics reserve the right to refuse access to the website, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders at our discretion. If we cancel an order, it will be without charge to you.

Ordering Products

Please note that no contract exists between you and White Rooms Aesthetics until we have received and accepted your order and received full payment (cleared funds).

Once an order has been placed on the White Rooms Aesthetics online shop, you will receive an acknowledgment. We will check to see if the items are available and then send an invoice directly from paypal to your email address. The invoice will include, items purchased and any delivery charges. All payments are made through paypal, either by using a credit card, debit card or your current paypal balance. Once you have completed your payment and funds have been cleared we will send you an acknowledgment of your order by email and proceed to dispatch your items. It is at this point that a binding legal contract is created and any such contract is subject to these terms and conditions.

Multiple products may be delivered at separate delivery times depending on where the products are being dispatched from.

Goods are subject to availability. In the event that we are unable to supply the goods we will inform you of this as soon as possible and a full refund will be issued.

All orders are processed in GBP (Great British Pounds) and refunds will be made in GBP. White Rooms Aesthetics cannot be held responsible for any exchange rate charges on foreign orders at the point of processing a refund. This is the responsibility of your bank or credit card processing company.

We reserve the right to refuse to supply to individuals whose credentials cannot be verified, We will use discretion in these matters and will not authorise payment or supply unless we are completely satisfied that the order is legitimate.

The completion of sale is subject to the customer agreeing to use the product in accordance with manufacturer's guidelines and recommendations. White Rooms Aesthetics accept no responsibility for products other than supply and delivery to the customer. It is your responsibility to check suitability or items purchased, including any medical advise.

Please ensure that you every product is patch tested before complete use to determine suitability. It is then the customer’s responsibility to determine whether a product is suitable for use on their skin. We will try to give advice over the phone where possible however, White Rooms Aesthetics cannot be held responsible if a product reacts with your skin. In the instance that a reaction occurs, a reaction form provided by White Rooms Aesthetics or sometimes the manufacturer must be completed, fully and accurately. This will then be sent on to the product manufacturer and the outcome is at the manufacturers discretion.

All products purchased from White Rooms Aesthetics must be for personal use only, and are not to be resold.

Descriptions & Pricing of Products

We will ensure that the description and price of the products listed on our website will be up to date at the time you place your order. Product descriptions and prices may change without notice. The prices displayed on our website are the same regardless of the delivery country.

For deliveries to the United Kingdom & EU, the price includes VAT. For deliveries to countries outside the EU (including the Channel Islands & Canary Islands), the total price remains the same, however VAT is not charged on these orders. Customers are therefore not entitled to any VAT refunds.

All product prices will be kept consistent whether purchasing directly with the practitioner or on the White Rooms Aesthetics online shop.

All product descriptions on the White Rooms Aesthetics website have been provided provided by the manufacturers / distributors, but please remember the descriptions relate to individual products and results and reactions on the skin will vary widely depending on other products they are used in conjunction with.

Please also bear in mind any medications including prescription creams, tablets, hormonal body changes and clinic / beauty facials can also affect the results and reactions. It is the customer’s responsibility to patch test any product prior to use, check compatibility of any purchased products with other material facts that can affect results described and White Rooms Aesthetics cannot take responsibility for any adverse reactions.

Every effort is made to ensure products are in stock; however, there may be instances where product will be out of stock. If an item is out of stock and we are unlikely to be able to deliver the products within 5 working days of receipt of your order, then we will contact you within the said 5 working day period to agree a revised date for anticipated delivery of the products or if you prefer we can re-credit any sum/s that have been paid by you or debited from your credit card for the products concerned. A confirmation email shall be sent confirming this refund.

Every effort is made to ensure that prices shown on our website are accurate at the time you place your order. If an error is found, White Rooms Aesthetics will inform you as soon as possible and offer you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price, or cancelling your order. If White Rooms Aesthetics does not receive an order confirmation within 14 days of informing you of the error, the order will be cancelled automatically. If you cancel the order, or if the order is cancelled automatically due to the expiry of the 14-day period, White Rooms Aesthetics will refund or re-credit you for any sum that has been paid by you or debited from your credit/debit card for the products.

How we communicate with you

When you visit the White Rooms Aesthetics website or send emails to us, you are communicating with us electronically. We often communicate with you by email, text message or by posting notices on the website. You agree to receive written communications from us electronically. This condition does not affect your statutory rights.

Upon receipt of emails White Rooms Aesthetics will reply where possible by email or telephone call within 24 hours (not including weekends and bank holidays).

By ordering over the telephone you are acknowledging that you have read and agree to these terms and conditions prior to your call.


  • White Rooms Aesthetics will take no responsibility and will not be liable for any economic loss, for any other special, indirect or consequential loss or damage arising out of, or in connection with, its provision of any goods and/or services to the client.
  • It is the client’s responsibility to provide White Rooms Aesthetics will all relevant and correct medical information about themselves during their consultation. Any changes to those medical details should be discussed with their practitioner prior to their treatment. White Rooms Aesthetics will not be held liable if the correct medical details have not been provided and any damage occurs as a result of this.
  • The client agrees to comply with all the instructions and details which have been given to them by White Rooms Aesthetics regarding any aftercare advice. Nothing in these terms of business shall exclude or limit White Rooms Aesthetics liability for death or any personal injury resulting from White Rooms Aesthetics negligence.

Special Offers

  • A client consultation is required before any treatment.
  • The treatment will be carried out by a qualified Aesthetic Nurse.
  • You do not have to go ahead with treatment after the consultation.
  • There is no cash alternative available on any special offers.

The Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England & Wales and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
